Upholstery

This seat’s upholstery is very user-friendly. You can, however, extend its life by following these maintenance instructions:

Dust regularly (for daily use, this would be weekly) with a damp cloth.
Remove oil and liquid stains immediately with absorbent paper. If necessary, wipe off using a white cloth soaked in a solution of warm water and a non-abrasive detergent.
Dyes (such as those found in inks and brightly coloured clothing/jeans) can transfer onto leather-look. If cleaned immediately, the colours can be removed. If not cleaned immediately, the leather-look may never return to its original condition. Even normal use may lead to the formation of stains over the short or long term caused by clothing that is not colour fast. The seller of that clothing is responsible if you have not been warned of that fact.

Colours may vary, which must be accepted by the client as long as the variations fall within the supplier’s tolerance limits.

Tabletops

Cleaning instructions according to requirement:

Light or recent dirt:

Clean with a paper towel, with a soft clean cloth (dry/damp) or with a sponge. If you wash the tabletops with water, dry them immediately with absorbent kitchen paper or a microfibre cloth.

Preventing stripes:

Stripes are often caused by cleaning with organic solvents, cold water, used cloths or chamois leathers. To prevent spots or stripes from appearing when cleaning, wipe the surface clean with a cloth and warm water and then dry with kitchen paper or a microfibre cloth.

Normal dirt = longer exposure:

Clean with warm water, a clean cloth or microfibre cloth, a soft sponge or a brush. Use cleaning products that are commonly available, soft soap or household soap, with no abrasive ingredients. Wipe the tabletop clean with clean water, removing all the remnants of the cleaning products to prevent stripes

Cleaning products not to use:

Scourers (scouring powder, scouring pads, steel wool
Polishing products, detergents, furniture cleaning products, bleaching agents
Cleaning products with strong acids or strong acid salts
Steam cleaners
